Virtual Learning Expectations for Students
Watch this video with your student to help them prepare for virtual learning!
Classlink Launchpad
Once your student receives their device and login credentials, they will access their learning intervention sites through the Classlink Launchpad Icon (blue cloud) on their desktop screen. Once there, they can access iReady for reading and math intervention, Imagine Learning for language and literacy support, and Pathblazer for ELA and math intervention.
Reading A to Z
Click the link above and click on Kids Login. If it is asking for a teacher username, it is jheresh.
The students' usernames are their first name and last initial, no apostrophes.
Examples: John Smith Username: JohnS
Ja'Rule Jones Username: JaRuleJ

Splashlearn
Students will use Splashlearn to support the learning we are doing in math. To login to Splashlearn, go to www.splashlearn.com and enter our class code: ITZCCY
Students will click on their name and enter the password: note74
Microsoft Teams
If for some reason your student's device does not have the Teams app installed, below is the link to our class Teams page where virtual classes will be held. Once logged in, students will go to Mrs. Heresh's First Grade Class to join our meetings.
Students MUST be logged into Microsoft to gain access to the area. You will get your user name (must add @student.jcsd.net to the end of username) and password (passwords were changed for the 2021-2022 school year).
