Hello JCSD Family,
JCSD is partnering with Coastal Carolina Hospital to make the Pfizer vaccine available to all students 12 years old and older.
We will host a student vaccination event ahead of the 2021-2022 school year.
The purpose of this survey is to get a count for how many students are interested in receiving the vaccination. Please fill out a survey for each student that you would like to receive the vaccination. You can access the survey at the link below. The survey will be available until Friday, July 14, 2021.

JCSD se está asociando con Coastal Carolina Hospital para que la vacuna Pfizer esté disponible para todos los estudiantes de 12 años en adelante.
Organizaremos un evento de vacunación de estudiantes antes del año escolar 2021-2022.
El propósito de esta encuesta es contar cuántos estudiantes están interesados en recibir la vacuna. Por favor complete una encuesta para cada estudiante que le gustaría recibir la vacuna.
