Principal Renata Johnson Green attended the 2025 National School Leaders Advocacy Conference in Washington, DC. Ms. Green had the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside principals from all fifty states. The conference was an exceptional learning experience and presented an opportune time to advocate for federal funding and strengthening public school education across the state of South Carolina. Principal Green visited the offices and met with the staffers of the following congressmen: U.S. Senator Tim Scott U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham U.S. Representative Ralph Norman U.S. Representative James E. Clyburn
Due to the forecast of very high winds up to 50 MPH during the morning hours, which is problematic for bus travel, and potential for tornados tomorrow, we will be canceling school and all afternoon activities for Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
