Meet the Teacher
Hello! My name is Kelly Thornton. This will be my fifth year teaching third grade at Ridgeland Elementary School. I I am looking forward to working with your child face to face and virtually this year. I graduated from Keene State College in New Hampshire with a degree in elementary education and mathematics. My family lives in Massachusetts and I enjoy visiting there whenever I can to see my family, especially my nephew! This past summer I welcomed a German shepherd puppy into my family, Sandia. I love taking her to the dog park and training her. I enjoy fishing, reading and spending time with friends and family. I am excited for the 2021-2022 school year!
