About Me

Hi! My name is Sarah Lucas. Currently I am the Reading Coach at RES! I taught 3rd grade here at RES for four years. This is my tenth year in education and I have worked with a variety of grade levels. I love outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, and kayaking! I also love sports especially football. There is never a dull moment at our house when the South Carolina Gamecocks or the Georgia Southern Eagles are playing! 

 

Educational Background: I received my Bachelors in Education from Georgia Southern University. I received my Masters in Education with a Literacy focus from Walden University. I hold a Literacy Teacher, Literacy Coach, and Literacy Specialist Endorsement.  I am constantly involved in professional learning experiences with the school district as well.
