Our classroom holiday celebration will be on Friday, December 15^th. We will stuff stockings and watch our favorite holiday movies with hot cocoa and cookies. We have 19 students in our class. I am asking you to send in the following items by Tuesday, December 12^th. 

• 1 Christmas stocking for your child (labeled with their name)
• little individual items to stuff our stockings (suggestions: pencils, erasers, small toy cars, rings, stickers, any wrapped snacks, and candy)

Please help your child complete the work packet in his/her binder.  This work packet will count as our eLearning days.  Please send the completed work packet back to school on Friday.

Here are some additional skills you may work with your child on:

1. Tying shoes
2. Alphabet recognition
3. Letter sounds
4. Number recognition
5. If they know their sounds, blending sounds to make CVC words (i.e. cat, pot, hen)
6. Play a game with your child and discuss how the rules helped everyone to know what to do and kept it fair.
